Who processes your data

The personal data controller is AEROMASH-BUD LLC, Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine. Questions about data processing: aeromasbud@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Through the form on the Contacts page and the request configurator: name, unit or organisation name, phone number, email address, website (Contacts form only, optional), funding source, message text and the selected configuration. You fill in all of these fields yourself.

Stored automatically with each request: the sender's IP address (for spam protection and rate limiting), the address of the page the form was sent from, the time of sending, and the fact, time and version of your consent.

Visit statistics via Google Analytics 4 — pages you opened, button clicks, device type, approximate location, referral source. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the website's analytics settings. Data you enter in the forms is never sent to analytics.

We do not ask for payment details and do not accept payments on the website.

Why we do this

Form data is used to prepare and send you a commercial offer and to reply to your request. Statistics help us understand which sections of the website are useful and improve them.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing and do not sell it.

Legal basis

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given with a separate checkbox before sending the form, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

Google Analytics 4 loads automatically when you open website pages. Consent before submitting a form applies only to processing your request; form data is never sent to analytics.

Who can access the data

Requests are stored in the website database, which only authorised company staff can access. A copy of each request is delivered to the company's work mailbox (Gmail), the company's work chat in Telegram and to WhatsApp via the CallMeBot notification service.

Technical providers involved in running the website: website hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), Google (Gmail mail service, Google Fonts website fonts and analytics), Telegram and CallMeBot / WhatsApp (request notification delivery), YouTube (video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and loads only after you click it). Each of them processes data within its own function.

How long we keep data

Request data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes described. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics 4 loads automatically and may set cookies with names starting with _ga for visit statistics. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled; form data is never sent to analytics.

Your previous analytics choice stored in the browser is no longer used. You can block cookies in your browser settings or block Google Analytics using tracking protection tools — this will not affect the forms.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we store, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to aeromasbud@gmail.com — we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
